Harpreet is a career investment banker with 28 years of IB experience in USA and India. A TMT specialist who has worked with Technology and Telecom companies in Enterprise, Software and IP-centric businesses. Varied experience advising Boards and C-Suite in optimal capital structuring and Shareholder Value maximization and product expertise panning equity, debt and structured finance.
Harpreet is the CFO of Big Endian, responsible for financial management, Capital raise and allocations, contract negotiations and ecosystem partnerships.
His professional career spans merchant banking in India, leading Media IB at Barclays Capital, Senior MD at EA Markets to running his own cross-border IB boutique in USA, before returning home to start BigEndian.
Harpreet has a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Delhi and a MBA from University of Maryland, USA.
